One mountain, many roads

We all need goals and objectives in life. If our destination is modest or imposing, we don’t always know where to start or which road to take to achieve it. Many goals or dreams extinguish themselves for lack of motivation or encouragement for finding the way. To climb the highest mountain in the world or to achieve a personal or corporate goal, the motivation, the preparation and the determination stays the same.

From his early memories, J-F has always dreamed of big adventures. He has climbed mountains around the world. One of his first big climbs was in Nepal to see Mt. Everest and nourish his dream to someday stand on top of it. It is very important to know our adversaries before we charge. Climbing Everest took more than 6 years of training, will and determination. Climbing mountains takes teamwork, leadership and focus.

This is what J-F talks about in his speeches. He underlines the importance of carefully visualizing our goals and talks about the necessary preparations needed before going out to achieve them. To do this, he uses stories and anecdotes of his many voyages including those in the Canadian Arctic. Audiences will find enlightening the precise link between the stories and J-F’s own objectives.
